The use of breathing oxygen by flight crew members is required: Whenever the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Only during emergency descent situations. Munitions of war carried on board an aircraft registered outside Macao: Are prohibited entirely. May be carried if lawful under the State of Registry's law for safety purposes, provided the operator notifies CAA in advance. Require no notification to CAA. Must comply with Macao law regardless of State of Registry.

Dangerous goods shall not be loaded as cargo on an aircraft unless: The consignor has provided verbal notification to the pilot-in-command. The consignor has furnished the operator with written particulars of the nature of the goods and the danger they give rise to, AND the goods are properly packed, marked and labelled. The goods are approved by the International Air Transport Association. The goods are accompanied by a customs declaration form.
