START
- To create a test, press the CREATE TEST button that we will find in the upper left part of the website.
- Once pressed we enter the configuration screen of our test or project.
- Here at the top we have several buttons: Project, Questions, Final Screen, Preview, Publish, Print and Exit.
- Next we will explain how to configure all your options.
PROJECT
- 1. Click to create a new test.
- 2. Open a test saved on the hard drive.
- 3. Save a test to the hard drive. It is recommended to have backup copies of your tests.
- 4. Title of the test, brief and specific.
- 5. More detailed description of the content of the test.
- 6. Name of the test author, it may be different from the username.
- 7. Category, select one from the drop-down menu that fits the topic of the test.
- 8. Order in which the questions will appear when taking the test.
- 9. If you select this option, all failed questions will be asked again until they are answered correctly.
- 10. With this option a button will appear with which you can jump to the next question.
- 11. Questions may be left unanswered that will be asked again once all the test questions have appeared.
- 12. In this right part all the test questions will appear, they can be sorted or deleted as desired.
CUESTIONS
- 1. New test.
- 2. Save test.
- 3. Test preview.
- 4. Choose question type .
- 5. Increase or decrease the number of options that the question will have.
- 6. Insert a YouTube video to the question.
- 7. Insert an image to the question.
- 8. Area where the questions are presented.
- 9. Set the score here if the question is correct or incorrect.
- 10. Include an explanatory comment once the question is answered. If you press -Differentiate Comments-, you will have the option of putting a comment when you get the question right and wrong.
- 11. In this area you can set the time to answer the question in seconds, whether or not you want the answer to be shown once the question has been answered, and if you want the questions to appear in random order each time the test starts.
FINAL SCREEN
- 1. Show final score.
- 2. Show percentages of correct answers.
- 3. Show time spent performing the test.
- 4. Add PASS grade for a percentage of correct questions.
- 5. Add academic qualification according to the score obtained in the test.
- 6. Add a comment to the final screen of the test.
PREVIEW
- Here you can preview the test before publishing it.
PUBLISH
- IN ORDER TO UPLOAD A TEST YOU MUST BE REGISTERED. ONCE REGISTERED THE PUBLISH BUTTON WILL APPEAR.
- 2. Sign up with one of your social media accounts.
- 3. Register by creating a daypo account.
- 4. Register with your daypo account.
PRINT
- 1. Here you can select the font size of the test from several options.
- 2. Check or uncheck whether you want the answers to be printed or not.
